I wanted to followup on this. I was able to finally get the hammer from the sleeper with the 2 type 8 aug slots. Once I put pointed blade from air in each of these. The monks DPS is close to the rogues. The rogue is at about 3K without disks or clickies. The monk seems to be at about 2.5K dps, again without disks or clickies.
This seems to be inline with what I would expect. I also took the time to make sure he had the 16% to dual wield and double attack augs, as well as Cleave and Ferocity 8.
