password problem

So I have 3 accounts that have been linked to the private LS, but I no longer have access to the email address I used to set them up (it was deleted because sometimes I am a little adhd).

Of the three accounts I was able to guess / change one password (after 4 or 5 tries), but the other two I have no idea what it might be or how many times I can try before something gets flagged as weird. Is there any way to change the email address associated with the LS accounts?

If not it is all good, as the one I changed is my main anyways, but if I could get the other two set up as well that'd be nice. Since I can still log in through the EQEmu it isn't really a major thing, just a preference really.
