Just wondering, will there ever be a raid dungeon where you have to have water breathing, or have to have someone with lock picking, perhaps only a paladin can pass through sacred ground to open up a door ,etc. I just, want some more story I guess. I remember playing DnD years back, and every dungeon was so fun because there were so many unique things you needed or had to do.
Like for instance, say there is an undead king in some raid dungeon somewhere, willing to give you the key to the next phase/room , but he is so self righteous he will only allow you the key if an enchanter changes into different races and dances and made gestures etc for entertainment.
Or perhaps, there is a man on the road somewhere in karana needing special food only a mage can summon.
Guess what I am saying is, will there be more story to dungeons/quests in the future ? Eq1 did an okay job in the day, but after SOE got around the story and imagination declined dramaticly.
Reasons I brought this up : I remember a fight in EQ1 long ago where you had to be drunk to fight this asshole dwarf and I had a nice giggle at that fact, but little things like that just make it all the more fun.
