Do you guys zone while porting to the zone in or just moved there without a loading screen? Also, any messages along with the port out? All toons or just some were ported?

Edit: is that a loading screen on your screenshot Superhoss? :P

Yes, sorry. It's a bad shot but figured it was better than nothing. All toons are booted from the instance back out to HoH. No messages.

It seemed to happen right around 20 minutes so maybe these guys are on to something.

Did him this morning without any issues, though I doubt I was in the instance for 20 minutes (and was directly after server reboot). Stupid question, but could one of the toons be accidentally evacing people?

No there not getting evaced for that would take them to HoHB zone in, we are getting ported to HoH w/out any warning.
UF client here, no emote or warning, just a straight boot to HoH zone in for all toons.

Professor Chaos disapproves!

Mild derail: two night's in a row I slipped up and ended up halfway wiping on chaos after basically falling asleep at the wheel. Snapping back into action mode, I immediately rezzed my cleric and went to work trying to recover, but in both cases the zone locked up somehow. Not quite sure what triggered it. The first time, everyone was dead except cleric. Went to rez tank and the rest (was during crystal phase) and zone de-synced. 2nd time, everyone was dead except tank (after reapers depopped), tank rezzed cleric, cleric tried to rez rest of group and zone desynced. No real major action going on either time, and the dead toons outside zone (in forest) remained fine.

Not sure how to recreate it, just putting the info out there :)

Killed him this morning with no real issues other than a wipe due to what I called I over dpsing lol. Ran back and smoked him with zero issues of getting zoned out or zone desync.

I've found that getting characters back in after partial wipes can be problematical.

It SEEMs like when your computer is balancing out core usage and you are nearing max capacity, that your dead characters coming back get the short end of the stick. Latencies across characters becomes greater...some at say 200 ms and some at 800 + ms. as the latencies are more separated it appears to put stress on zone...what you see on one character may be different from what you see on other, for example the boss mob may be at 40 on one character and 75 on the other.

When you get a mess like this, my solution is to camp out everyone and then bring back the most important first...tank first, then healers etc. Windows then chugs along and assigns cores more appropriately. A less drastic solution is to have your dead characters completely log out and re-start each character from scratch. This somehow notifies windows 10 to make a more appropriate allotment of core use than simply going back to the character select screen...donno why.

If you use third party software and have tons of free cores floating about this situation can be largely ameliorated by having static cores assigned to each character...a minimum of 2 per character. This is wasteful, of course, and Windows can sometimes appear to know better.
