Again FYI there are 4 loot tables in the scripts:
1) Generic Items - These are your distillers, godly point tokens, etc. These have a variable % chance of being found based on the progression level of the token, ie. a VT token has the highest chance and a Vulak token has the lowest chance.
2) Common Items - These are the common drops from the zone the token is from. These items will always be on the possible loot table unless you already own it (lore) or you cannot use it (class/race restriction)
3) Rare Items - These are the rare drops from the zone the token is from. These items have a 5% chance of being on the possible loot table unless you already own it (lore) or you cannot use it (class/race restriction)
4) Artifact items - These include ALL holiday items as well as some unique items that are brand new (!!). These items have a 2% chance of being on the possible loot table unless you already own it (lore) or you cannot use it (class/race restriction).
The script checks both lore and class restrictions on the items and then adds anything you could use to the possible loot table. The script then rolls to see which item you get.
*NOTE - There is always a chance that you will not receive an item from a token. It's small, but possible depending on the situation. Gnomes beware!
My goal is to get the rest of the tokens up next week and hopefully the end boss merchants as well.
I just killed Luclin in VT and no end game merchant spawned. Waited around about 15 mins. Nevermind i misread your message working as intended atm. It did do some very buggy stuff with the instances. I was about to engage in luclin after doing brothers and rafe logged in who camped in VT in his own raid. he was able to be in zone without raid in my instance. It is def sharing instances now between players it seems he even had my timer.
