/assist tracking

Someone recently told me that if you type /assist [name of mob] there should be a red line the shows up on my map or compass or something, and I don't see that. They said I should see it if I have the UF client, which of course I do. Does anyone know why I wouldn't be seeing it? It targets the mob, turns on combat, but I see no red line of any kind showing up. The reason I'm asking is because I'm on the epic 1.5 quests, and I need to be able to find all these mobs.

At first I thought bot tracking would do the trick, but apparently bot tracking doesn't do anything but bring up a window showing what mobs are in the zone. It doesn't actually track them.

You use /assist on players, for example:
/assist playername
Would target whatever mob "playername" is targetting and turn on auto attack (you can turn off auto attack on assist using /assist off, but by default it's turned on).
The only red line i'm aware of on the compass is when you start an LDON adventure and it points you to your instance.

The best way to find these mobs is if you look in the top right of the forum there's a link, "Downloads".
Go into there and download the THF Map Pack, all the mobs you need have a marker to show you exactly where they are.
These maps also include map markers for all / most THF custom mobs and in some cases, their pathing too, such as the 1.5 unicorns.

I *think* they contain most custom mobs, i could be wrong on that, but they have done whenever i've needed to know where something was. However they dont mark standard mobs such as some of those needed on the Headhunter task, so Allakhazam and some good ol' fashioned /loc'ing will be needed there.

Thanks. Yeah I figured out there were custom maps shortly after I posted this, and used them to find all of the unicorns, and a couple of the mobs from the next part of the quest. Right now I'm having trouble figuring out how to get to Mayong Mistmoore. I killed his guards, but didn't see him anywhere near them. I suppose he could have been recently killed by someone else. I didn't check my bot's track window, but anyway, yeah I should be able to handle it from here. This second set of mobs is giving a decent challenge. I hope the dragons turn out to be soloable. If they're much more powerful than Fearsome Spectre and etc, I might not be able to.

Yeah, I got him a couple hours after I posted this.
