Flask of Luck blocks Radiant Crystals

It appears to still be an issue. Just tested in SH and got no Radiant Crystals from ~40 mobs, and then got some off 2 different mobs within another dozen kiills or so. It seems like the Flask was blocking global loot (epic 3.0), but that could just be confirmation bias.

Where does one obtain one of these unlucky Flasks of Luck? No information is available in item searches on webtools.

So in theory you can very much get one from VT tokens as it gives holiday event items. Another reason to be around for another couples years in VT..

Soon I'll have a 100 mbps connection....will be great to play with far better connectivity than my current around 13 mbps connection.
