Is the "Voice of the Darklord" really properly proc the 4k DD now?

I just finished a test of "Voice of the Darklord", however, the result was: 20478 damage with a critical blast. It is really a 4K DD? The "Vengeance" is described as 1K DD only, but I can make 31067 damage with a critical blast with it.
Are there any BUGs?

Should be 4k DD but shouldn't be focusable so that's a bug. Thanks for reporting it.

I guess we leave this proc as it is for now considering there's not a single DD weapon proc that's prevented from being focusable but the buff that triggers it will be self only.
