I'm currently attacking Draekon on both live and test server with my t8 tank and definitely noticing that I'm doing a lot more ripostes/parry/blocks/dodges on test, so will look at the numbers there and see how it calculates.

I've changed a rule on the server to do with NPC combat rounds and now I take a little bit more damage on test than live so maybe that sorts it. Give it another go if you can and try and test on live as well to see how they compare.

Lord Draekon Solo run, no macros just auto-attack:

Live: Average hit on LD = 8k ish, and he rarely hits me for only 1.8k. LD basically cannot get Galdace down below 90% and often I get back to 100%. Took LD down to 80%
Test: Average hit on LD = 4.6k, and he hits me more often around 2k. LD is winning and got me below 50%. Got LD down to 85% in the same amount of time.


Guess I was wrong, harder on Test. But that's not a bad thing. =)

Thanks :) I'll keep an eye on the numbers, my tier 8 geared tank seems to manage t8 bosses ok, we can always tweak things if necessary.

Yeah, damage scaling seems off. I'm not sure what is going on with the test server, but jumping on to live to test an unrelated bug I noticed that the new character I created there was doing a bunch more damage than my test monk. I'm also seeing anweird issue where if a mob is grey con you can occasionally only hit them for 1. Trying to sort that one out so I can make a formal bug report.

Ok will check that out, it might be something to do with the Alternative progression being a bit different. I leveled up a few characters on the normal progression and everything seemed ok.

I think that the issue with OOC regen should be sorted now by the way.

Made a bug report for Flying Kick. Its damage is oddly not scaled at all as far as I can tell. Right when I hit 30 with no AAs or Modifiers I was hitting for 560ish and at 31 it jumped to regularlly hitting for 1200. Not sure if this was intended or a byproduct of the new system.

I don't have a monk that high on live to test to compare.

Flying kick should be more in line with live now, and will slowly scale up in damage from 30 up to 70 hopefully staying inline to something similar on live. Just restarted the test server with the new changes.

Still not 100% sure about the OOC regen. I have set the time to kick in to 0 and I'm starting to wonder if the icon in the client is just bugged. Will keep testing though.

OOC regen appeared to be working, but I believe by default it is set fairly slow in the DB. It was improved over what I was seeing a few days ago though.
