Shaman donor weapon

I have tried tgb on and off to give another group within a raid this buff, and it will not stick

I can confirm this is not an isolated event.

For all my test I tried on both clients(UF & ROF2) concluded:
-The donor buff does not work for the second group regardless of within a raid or not.
-The TGB function does work with regular shaman group spells.

TLDR; I second the previous statement.

Is this a shaman spell only issue or any other beneficial buffs affected?

I was able to in a raid, cast a shaman group buff spell with "tgb on" called Talisman of Fortitude, just fine to another group within my raid.

My Shammy Donor weapon though, doesn't work

This same idea is what is going on with group buff clickies all over. Can't use Haunted Force or any of the FoE boots from Nadox on other groups as well.

This will work for group buff items again. Turns out it was a new rule setting that's switched off by default (live doesn't allow tgb for item spells).
