This may have been mentioned elsewhere, but currently almost all Monk disciplines up to Level 45 that aren't shared by another class are showing as "Unknown DB-string ####-6" in the discipline window. There may be more, but I don't currently have a higher-level Monk with which to check.
This is on the Steam SoD/Underfoot client. All files up to date.
This is known to affect the following disciplines:

The spell description of "Covenant of Flamewielder Rk 1" is the same as Circle of Fireskin, "Surrounds your group in the maelstrom of Ro, " etc...but it's not a group spell.

Bard's "Exultant Bellowing" aa hotkey shows as Unknown DB String. Have latest spell & dbstr files installed.

Necromancer spell where description and ingame effect do not match.
Spell: Lure of Fiery Death
Spell Effect: Steals the life from your target and uses it to reanimate swarming specters. This inflicts 2000 damage initially, and summons four specters, which last for sixty seconds or until slain.
Effect in game, its just a DoT. No summoned specters unfortunatley =(
My creative proposal:
Keep the very good idea of the description and add 4 summoned spectres ingame
Spell: Lure of Fiery Death
Spell Effect: Steals the life from your target and uses it to reanimate swarming specters. This inflicts 2000 damage initially, and summons four specters, which last for sixty seconds or until slain.
Effect in game, its just a DoT. No summoned specters unfortunatley =(

Warrior Disc 'Barrier' has an incorrect description.. it should read something like 'Increases the effectiveness of your damage shield for a short time'
Also.. just noticed Warrior Disc 'Infuriate' description is 'Unknown string..', it's an aggro multiplier

Gah.. missed this too, Warrior Disc 'Flurry' Description is 'Unknown DB String..' It actually does 2 instant Blunt attacks for about 39 max each.
