Are the drops off Nadox bosses supposed to be tier 7?

Apologizes for this being a short blunt post. Wife faction is requiring me to type this fast and I hope this is the proper place for this feedback. If not please split into it's own topic.

Since this is all new to us and if I understand it correctly the points are added up based on the tier level of gear / augs.

With that said are the VT quested augs going to be revisited? I ask because they are flagged T9 but honestly and the best way I can say this is they well suck compared to the T8 augs. Looking at what is available in VT there are just some we would never use. Diamond, Ebony and Jade I just let them rot no reason to even loot them if they had AC added then maybe.
Iron and Crystal would be ok if the AC was increased.


This does not apply to the VT damage augs (Onyx, Peal and Topaz) those look to be scaled perfectly when compared to the previous quested damage augs which were from wind and T8/T9 has a nice complement of dropped damage augs.

I agree with Nizzy. Honestly, the HoH augs are absolutely fantastic. Nothing really compares from tiers above - which is why the aug pointing system is the biggest problem with the rankings for me. The weapon augs from VT are fine, but probably only because there was nothing else available from T8 (and I feel like they compliment the T8 armor augs well).

Overall, I just think it seems difficult to rate the augs solely on tier because of how good some augs are in comparison to augs labelled at a higher tier. If anything, maybe make some augs that are labelled at lower tiers worth way more rating to make up for the fact that they wouldn't be replaced. I like the idea of using the rating system to see where you can improve your character, but this doesn't really apply to some of the augments currently in the game I feel.

T9 augs in general need attention. What's t9 will be improved to actually be t9. And there are going to be some more 17/18 slots added.

Our aim is to make farming/keeping lower tier augs a thing of the past.

No should be all be tier 8, which items did you see tier 7? Pretty sure I set them all to 8 but a few may have slipped through.

Tear of the Orc 121654 flagged at T9, shouldn't it be T6?

Unless you want to add slot 8 to it then by all means leave it as a T9 and I will be farming points all day every day.

I set it to T9 because it's of T9 quality and it costs 15k points which takes a while to get. On top of that it only fits in aug slot 1. Open to debate, maybe it should be t8?
