If you see the tier in web tools it means it's fixed already, just need a #hotfix or reboot, whichever comes first.

Tier 5 Necro with Tier 7 Armor

Hail Noble Adventurers!

Perhaps this has been dealt with previously, but sadly I could not find it.

My necro that I haven't really played for years, BODICE, had a folded batskin robe on (119739) which is listed as tier 7. Cool.

I logged her in, looted something with her, and as I do on all toons that I haven't played for awhile, to set the tier stuff, I removed an item, in this case the robe, and could not re-equip it.

I used another item to get the tier award and ta-daa, she's tier 5. Yet, she was present, long ago, at the fight that allowed her to earn the robe, so I don't think your intention was to remove her gear. Was it?

How do I fix this/is this fixable/what are the steps to fixing this?

I believe I understand what has happened:

An augment in the robe is listed as a box of silver, (17695) which is now only useable in back, range, primary and secondary, but at some point MUST have been open to chest, because that's where it is, and I had the item equipped.

No biggie, I'll just take that augment out. BUT, it needs a lillu's or perfected augmentation distiller, which I can't find a vendor for, nor is it listed in the webtools.

I know, MINOR issue, but at this moment it's big, haha.

Annnnd, Nevermind.

At some point in the past I must have donated for this character because I found a lillu's solvent in her bank. Sorry for the cry for help.
