I got 4 chars in the last 2 weeks to rank 7 and honestly never seen that i was over the required amount of points for a rank to gain the rank.
Are the points that are shown different maybe calculated than the required points ?
like the shown one takes into a account .XXX while the calculated one only .XX or something like that ?

That's the strange thing, it's exactly the same code that calculates the points in myrank and when you swap items.

With it being a 10% drop and when looking at it comparing it to the other two similar augs Enomuth's Bone and Icon of the Fallen Queen it should probably be tier 8 as well.

Magical Charm of Queen Adrianne is Tier 1 only but I gave tier 1 to The Advanced Charm too anyway to give it a little bit of early progression feeling.
