Cracked Dragonshard 123095 and Chipped Dragonshard 123094 from Deepscar both say Tier 8 and have Convalescent focuses.
Shouldn't they be Tier 9 with Dark Focus?

I thought that too and only reason I noticed is others do have it. Example Spell: Cobra Venom Rk. II 120268 does have it. I know it doesn't matter on counting toward tier credits but it does make it easily identifiable which tier the spell is.

Mark of XX items 121978 - 122000

Slot 10 augs sold in Shadow Haven do not have tier based on Guardian focus effect and similar items should probably be tier 1.

Side note Shadow Haven upgraded BP's are all flagged tier 2, all other armor pieces upgraded the same way yield a Tier 1 piece.

Reinforced Leather Bracer 10089 should be tier 1.
Glittering Chain Wristband 9965 should be tier 1.
Shiny silk bracelet 10067 should be tier 1.

Easier to say the vendors on these.

Hidden Vale - Brekthan Vulthir, Alletha Vulthir most items are missing tiers.

Ardreth Vulthir - looks like all items should be tier 5, some are flagged 5 some are flagged 6.

Stone of frost 121172 should be tier 2.
Stone of frost 121191 should be tier 4.
Stone of frost 121268 should be tier 6.

Found all of that and nothing to spend my radiant crystals on.

Cold Focus Stone 7033 - No tier listed given the trade skill trivial it should probably have a tier.

This merchant is selling a tad more expensive armor than the tier 5 ones so I just let the BPs and leggins at tier 6 vs. all others tier 5.
