I didn't even think about LDoN. I don't know, I can definitely see both sides of the argument but I have to say that I think that dropping AA xp gain down to 2x would be beneficial in the long run. Personally, I have had more than enough AA on all of my toons for a very long time. I'm excited for LDON, but at the same time bummed out. Half of the time people who LDoN on live do/did it for AAxp. At the very least, it was an extra incentive for people who did not need points. The fact that I won't be able to get that benefit takes some of the fun out of it.
Now on the other side of things, I remember what it was like when I wanted to get all my AA. It's always like that though, you want to become the best you can be on the game and you want it NOW!! lol. Still, I feel inclined to try and help people see how it will be after you get all of those AA.
I think in order for LDoN to have a maximum effect, a slight decrease in AA gain is necessary. To maximize it even further, after you change the normal AAXP rate to 2x you can make the hard LDoN instances worth more experience than the other zones. This will really make people get drawn towards LDoN, and I know you've been working on it for a month or more already so that's exactly what we need. It sort of promotes it
*ducks for cover*
