Cleric, Monk, and Rogue changes seem ok to me. The warrior one, not so much. I would rather have it stay as it is with a 5-10 reuse time. 6k or even 10k that drops in the middle of the fight is more of a detriment since your healers are suddenly going to have to contend with a 20%ish loss in total HP. Keep it at 3k, 330sec duration, 660sec recast.
Harney is dead on about regen as well. My new rogue is still gearing up and he still dies a lot to AE ramp with 2 lifetaps and 20kish HP. My monk was the same way until I got a full compliment of lifetaps and closer to 30khp. If anything, regen at tier 5/6 needs some serious upgrading because it is fairly useless in its current state.
