Orden Maldork says, 'The Second Circle of Zek deals with your Bravery and Strength. In order to complete the Circle you must pass the tests of both and then find the Seal of the Second Circle. When you are ready, we will begin with the Test of Strength.'

Orden Maldork says, 'To complete the Test of Strength, you will need to find the bands of strength that are bound in the four different elemental states. Once you have collected the bands, you will then need the assistance of a Grandmaster Smith to forge them together with some Powder of Iridescent Bravery. Once you have the combined band, bring it back to me.'''

 In the first area of each wing (some are through a porter, some aren't) are named giants. They drop 4 bands one for each element. Band of Blowing Strength, Band of Fiery Strength, Band of Freezing Strength, Band of Stone Strength. Those and a powder of iridescent bravery get combined in a forge to make the item we return to Orden.
