Overview
Wall of Slaughter NPCs offer 3 different pets: Chimera Pet Quest and Murkglider Pet Quest in addition to this Feran Pet Quest.
They involve killing trash mobs of a specific type and collecting 8 rare drops from them.
The Start
- Speak with Feran Tamer Verow in the Wall of Slaughter. Beware, mobs summon and many see invis. Call of the Hero is disabled in this zone.
- He will ask you to collect 4 Dragorn Gold Coin for him before divulging details about the rest of the quest.
- Collect 4 of this semi-rare item and return them to Verow unstacked to proceed.
- Verow will then give you a bag, and ask you to collect 8 no drop Feran parts from the Feran cave located on the outer perimeter of the zone.
- After collecting all 8 parts, combine them in the quest-given bag to obtain Feran Essence.
Find Your Companion
- Take your Feran Essence and find An Untamed Feran. They are weak and KoS. Fortunately they go invulnerable and freeze when low on health.
- At this point, give Feran Essence to An Untamed Feran to tame it and make it yours.
The Prize
- If you've made it this far, congratulations! You have successfully tamed a Feran, yielding this item: Art of the Feran to summon it and provide yourself with a beneficial buff.
- Note** The buff persists after dismissing the pet - fret not.
