After an adventurer has obtained equipment from the 70+ Group zones, the next level of progression is identified as Tiers. Tier progression is accomplished by defeating [Emperor Ssraeshza] in Ssraeshza Temple, which will cause a fairy to appear. Hailing this fairy will allow access to the Tier 2 zones of Stillmoon Temple and Temple of Veeshan.
There are currently two Tier 1 zones in The Hidden Forest and they are as follows.
