To access Dreadspire Keep 3 (DSK3) players must purchase Map of Dreadspire Keep from Viser Plik`Eldu for 25,000 Godly Points and turn this map in to a shattered gargoyle, found in the Guild Hall near the Dreadspire Keep port statue.
