Master Jeweler Tilmea' says, 'Listen closely then. We have learned that assorted gem dust, which is normally useless for making any decent jewelry, can be fused together by using an Enchanting Elixir you can purchase from me. Once the gem dust is fused together, what will be produced is a multi-colored crystal which can not normally be found in nature. After that, such artificially crafted gems can be enchanted to awaken their magical properties.'

Then combine 3 Pouch of Enchanted Gem Dust with Enchanting Elixir to create Alchemical Crystal. Then choose and buy an Alchemical Essence from Master Jeweler Tilmea and combine that with 1 Alchemical Crystal , and 1 Enchanting Elixir to create your desired augment.
