Overview
When you start off in VP, you are automatically dubious to the Ring of Scale faction. After one kill, you become KOS. It is recommended that if you want to quickly bypass content without having to fight through all of the mobs, that you have a bard with fading memories and CotH orb summon everyone to the next fight. The prismatic drakes are KOS to all, so you will have to turn on indoor selo and possibly invulnerability song to bypass them.
Raid Bosses:
Silverwing - Hard
Hoshkar - Medium
Xygoz - Easy -- If Protector of Xygoz is bypassed, he will summon him upon aggro'ing.
Druushk - Easy -- If Protector of Druushk is bypassed, he will summon him upon aggro'ing.
Nexona - Hard -- If Protector of Nexona is bypassed, he will summon him upon aggro'ing.
Phara Dar - Hard
Note that if Phara Dar is engaged without killing the other 5 dragons, she will call them to her side. That would be a hard fight to win.

Racnoretta - Hard
Milyex Vloren - Medium
Elder Ekron - Medium
Kluzen the Protector - Medium
Qunard Ashenclaw - Medium
Protector of Xygoz - Easy
