Speak to Ghillie in The Hidden Vale to gain access to the instance and bring a group!
- Hint 1: Ghillie doesn't announce the quest. Look for something in CotW that may give you some foresight!
- Hint 2: You do need to complete the zone! But you do not need the ultra rare drop off of Bixt, this is only for one rare item.
