Turg the Thief - Turg - City of Mist
Pssst, I'm right here. Can you see me ? Uhh, did they notice me? I'm green like the grass, they shouldn't see me here! Right? It's not like I'm hiding.. but the Black Reavers are looking for me, they think I stole something from them. Do I look like a thief ? ..anyways, do me a favor and I give you something in return!
Get rid of the Black Reavers.. I wait for you here.. I mean in the grass.. none can see me here right? Good luck!

The task: Slay 15 Black Reavers
Once you've have slain all 15 of the black reavers, hail Turg again for your reward.
