Deep in the caverns of The Hidden Vale you will find Raglov the Ancient. When you hail him he asks if you want to know about the past, or future. When you click about the past he tells you which part of the flag you are missing. You must kill Xegony the Queen of Air, Phara Dar, and Cazic Thule. Hail the fairy that spawns on their death to update your flag.
