Turn in Enflamed Ruby (x4) to Seevil for a new spell Flames of Annulment to remove the mobs +HP, DS, etc buffs in zone.
Epic 2.8 Upgrade
Before completing this task you must have your Tier 5 Epic 2.8 Augment completed.
Combine the items below in a forge to create the upgraded Epic Augment.

- Emblem of Strength, Rune of Strength, Blue Stone, and Fiery Ash
- Emblem of Life, Rune of Health, Green Stone, and Fiery Ash
- Emblem of Thought, Rune of Thought, White Stone, and Fiery Ash
- Reward
