Overview
The mobs in this zone have regen that scales based on number of people in group or raid, even if not in Nobles Causeway. The antithesis clickies are a necessity without donor gear to overcome the regen on most blighted named. The antithesis clicks are best to spam on the respective mob type. After using the antithesis click enough times the blue emote will eventually turn green and the regenerative aspect of blighted mobs will be completely negated.

Spell/Disc Quest-Upgraded PoTactics Spell (Quest giver-Researcher Havareth)
- Note: This quest DOES NOT appear in the quest tracker.
- Acquire all 8 Fragmented Words from mobs in Nobles Causeway
- They are Lore and tradeable
- The 8 Fragmented Words are Des, Fir, Kor, Lum, Rah, Sci, Sen and Ven
- Once all 8 are acquired Hail Researcher Havareth and go through his dialogue
- The Fragmented Words turned in must be in a specific order, always random from character to character.
- To determine the order of the words, and the 4 that are required for your spell/disc , you must approach 4 totems located around the zone. Each totem will play a series of emotes with a number 1-4 being in the emotes.
- The number mentioned in the emote determines which number of the turn in the word for this totem is going to be, so write it down.
- When the emotes finish an Awakened Guardian will spawn that takes 7 of the 8 Fragmented Words from your character (even takes from the bank) and leaves you with the word required for your turn in.
- Kill the Awakened Guardian to get the 7 other words back.
- Repeat this process for the remaining 3 totems to figure out the Fragmented Words needed and the order to turn in.
- I.E. If i go to the totem and receive an emote talking about three claw marks, the Fragmented Word that is left in my inventory after spawning the Awakened Guardian will be the third Fragmented Word I place in the trade window for turn-in.
- With the Fragmented Words and the order known, return to Researcher Havareth and hand them in to receive an upgraded PoTactics spell for your class.
- Immediately head to Haven to complete the Unlocking the Totems quest (next quest in walkthrough)
Unlocking the Totems Quest (Quest giver-Researcher Karath)
Note: This quest DOES NOT appear in the quest tracker. After receiving your class spell, head to Haven and talk to Researcher Karath Upon going through the dialogue you now have the ability to teleport around the map to the 4 totems and Haven by saying the number or haven next to a totem or to Researcher Karath This makes questing much easier especially if the first character it is done on is a Rogue.
Pet Quest (Quest giver-Lannal the Beast Tamer)
Note: Must have completed one of the WoS pets to do this quest. Every drop for this quest is pre-lootable.
- After getting the quest the first step has you turn in your WoS pet (so recommend farming all required items before getting the quest)
- The second step has you turning in 4 items to Lannal the Beast Tamer
- Iron Clasp - Ground spawn in Slavedriver Menlo room (behind the wall in the back)
- Very Long Whip - Slavedriver Menlo always drops one
- Slavedriver Fight (Rooted, Harm Touches every 45s for 45% your hp)
- 2 strats to this fight either kill the refugees as they agro buffing Slavedriver Menlo or tank through the adds/off-tank/CC them
- If you choose to kill adds Menlo will get stronger and so will the Harm Touch by 5% for every add you kill
- If you choose to not kill the adds, after the 10th refugee agros they will switch target and attack Menlo
- This enrages Menlo and 25-30s later, if not dead, he will AoE Harm Touch for 50%-150% of your HP
- 2 strats to this fight either kill the refugees as they agro buffing Slavedriver Menlo or tank through the adds/off-tank/CC them
- Slavedriver Fight (Rooted, Harm Touches every 45s for 45% your hp)
- Reinforced Chain Links - Random drop from a dragorn refugee
- Feeble Bindings - merchant item in Hidden Forest (10k from Feeb the Animist)
- After that turn in, Lannal will give you a whip clicky which is not going to be used until you are ready to capture your pet. The next step has you capture a noc, ukun, or discordling which requires a noose.
- Constructing the noose for the type of pet you want will require killing mobs of that type and looting the 8 body parts
- The body parts are combined in a Zephyr Chamber which drops from Elemental Essence Zephyr.
- To spawn the Elemental Essence Zephyr it requires a chain of kills of progressing difficulty along a path leading to the room the Elemental Essence Zephyr spawns in (After killing one of the Elemental Essences the next will spawn along the path)
- This starts with Elemental Essence Breeze (see map), ph appears to be a murkglider that does not path.
- The Essences will cast a g-flux so recommend killing everything around before engaging
- Combine the 8 body parts of the pet you want in the Zephyr Chamber to receive a Noc/Ukun/Discordling Noose which is used to capture one (5s cast time)
- With the captured Noc/Ukun/Discordling acquired, return to Lannal and hand it to him. He will then ask you to create a calming elixir that requires 5 drops from NC
- 4 drops are combined in a Crystalised Flask
- Crystalised Flask - drops from Murkglider School Leader (unsure how to spawn other than killing murkgliders)
- Source of Terror - Bazu Terror (1hr respawn, 50% chance to be Bazu Terror or Discordling Animist, so might take a while)
- Seed of Fertility - a fecund murkglider (named spawn have only seen in one spot, see map)
- Essence of Aggression - an aggressive murkglider (named spawn have only seen in one spot, see map)
- Blood of Insanity - Drarakon the Mad (named dragorn can spawn in multiple spots along the path to Tarlang, see map)
- 4 drops are combined in a Crystalised Flask
- Combine the Source of Terror, Seed of Fertility, Essence of Aggression, and Blood of Insanity in the Crystalised Flask to receive Elixir of Serenity.
- Hand the Elixir of Serenity and the items Lannal requests to him (forgot what other items he wants) and speak to Lannal again to learn the emotes required to capture your pet bazu.
- Go into the tunnels behind Lannal that are full of chained bazu and start killing one
- KILL SLOWLY SO YOU DO NOT MISS EMOTES AND CLICKS
- The first emote you are waiting for will tell you if you have the correct bazu
- Noc - the bazu rears up and beats its chest, bearing its teeth
- Ukun - the bazu crouches low as if preparing to leap to attack
- Discordling - the bazu arches its back and buckles down defensively
- If you have the correct bazu for your bait (they are always random) you are waiting for an emote about the bazu pulling at it’s chains.
- When this emote happens, you have ~10sec to click the bait
- Successfully using the bait will result in an emote saying that the bazu breaks its chains
- The final emote you are waiting for is about the bazu being distracted by the bait, at which point click the Bazu leash and you should get an item on your cursor
- If this fails wait on the cooldown and kill more chained bazu until successful
- Return to Lannal and turn in the captured bazu to receive your NC pet clicky buff
- Noc flavored Bazu pet:
- +10% chance to avoid melee, +58% chance to reflect spell, +20% chance to resist spell
- Ukun flavored Bazu pet:
- +10% chance to dual wield, +10% chance to double attack, +10% chance to perform an extra attack
- Discordling flavored Bazu pet:
- +10% chance to parry attack, +10% chance to dodge attack, +10% chance to dodge attack
- Noc flavored Bazu pet:
School’s Out (Quest giver Vorkiev)
- Kill 2500 murkgliders
- Kill 100 of varying types of murkgliders
- Kill each named murkglider
- Reward Icon of the Murkslayer
Deepscar’s Den (Group Instance) - Accessible in Vale from Ghillie
- Upon zoning in Levitate the Group, walk to and hail Ghillie to get the instance started
- Note: She will not let you start if the entire group has not finished Ghillie’s Research quest
- Go to the center of the room and talk to Ghillie again.
- She will explain how to utilize her during the 7? Trials that take place in the instance.
- When ready to start, talk to Ghillie and she will start trial 1
Trial 1: Trial of Recall
- After a delay 6 colored crystals will spawn in the room and begin to glow and then extinguish 1 by 1
- Take note of the order the colors light up
- After the 6th crystal has quit glowing, they will be replaced by Recall Guardian that have an aura the same color as the crystals
- Kill the Golems in the order that they lit up to pass the first trial
- Golems are not rooted, have a minor KB and an AoE or Ramp (need to verify which)
- Loot Noc bane weapons, each golem drops a stack of 100 bane shurikens and a bow
- For use in Trial 3
- Ghillie will return to the center of the room upon completion of the first trial
- When ready to start, talk to Ghillie and she will start trial 2
- After a delay 6 colored crystals will spawn in the room and begin to glow and then extinguish 1 by 1
Trial 2: Trial of Reflection
- After a short delay reflection will spawn (1 for evey member of the group) and path towards Ghillie
- When the reflection stops, it will start to cast a spell and transform into a group member
- Kill the Reflection and the Prison Guard of Discord will spawn
- Prison Guard of Discord is rooted and hits fairly hard
- Simple tank and spank
- Once Prison Guard of Discord is dead, Ghillie will return to the center of the room
- When ready to start, talk to Ghillie and she will start trial 3
Trial 3: Wasnt paying attention to name
- Prison Guard of Dominion spawns and paths to center of the room
- Prison Guard of Dominion is rooted and hits fairly hard
- At % based intervals will spawn nocs in the side rooms that run to the main room
- They can only be damaged with bane weapons from trial 1
- If ignored for a period of time they will combust and die, unsure if it does AoE damage
- The amount of Noc’s spawned depends on the wave (what % the Prison guard is at)
- Once Prison Guard of Dominion is dead, Ghillie will return to the center of the room
- When ready to start, talk to Ghillie and she will start trial 4
- Prison Guard of Dominion spawns and paths to center of the room
Trial 4: Trial of the Void
- Prison Guard of the Void will spawn in the black room and path to the center of the room
- Rooted
- When engaged he will immediately summon all but 1 character on top of him
- The one character will run around killing Void people periodically throughout the fight when they spawn in the rooms
- There are giant orbs of death that circle the perimeter of the room
- If touched you die
- When one of the Void people spawn in a side room the Prison Guard emotes about a prisoner escaping and he becomes invulnerable until the Void person is killed
- The Void people that spawn have essentially 0 hp and instantly die, at which point one of the death orbs homes in on the person who killed it
- Could not figure out how to avoid the death ball, and we just rezed whomever died
- Once Prison Guard of the Void is dead, Ghillie will return to the center of the room
- When ready to start, talk to Ghillie and she will start trial 5
- Prison Guard of the Void will spawn in the black room and path to the center of the room
Trial 5: Trial of “Explosions”
- Red con dude spawns
- Not rooted, not blighted
- Kill him
- Red con and grey con spawn
- Grey con casts a stun, lot of hp ignore
- Kill red con and grey will despawn
- 2 red con, a dark blue and a grey con spawn
- Grey con casts stun, lot of hp ignore
- Blue con casts short duration mez ignore
- Kill both red cons and the two others despawn
- 3 red cons, a white, dark blue, and grey con spawn
- Grey con casts stun, lot of hp ignore
- Blue con casts short duration mez ignore
- White con casts long duration mez (multiple minutes) kill if you want
- Kill three red cons and the others despawn
- Prison Guard of “Explosions” will spawn and path into the room
- Rooted
- During the fight he will spawn Red con guys that come from the outer rooms
- Believe it is HP based with the spawn number being 1, 1, and 2
- We burned the guard and ignored the adds, will try killing them and going slower in a subsequent run
- Once Prison Guard of “Explosions” is dead, Ghillie will return to the center of the room
- When ready to start, talk to Ghillie and she will start trial 5
Trial 6: Trial of Contamination
- Mistress of Blight will path into the center of the room
- Rooted
- Hits like a truck or casts a DT, purpled the tank shortly after engaging
- At certain points during the fight you will get an emote and she will retreat from the fight and you will have to run to a room
- No idea how this works
- The first time she retreats everyone will see a color somewhere, middle of the room maybe?
- Run to the room you see glowing for or get killed
- The second time a couple people will see the right color and everyone else will be a trap, so run to the room multiple people see
- The third time everyone will see different? And only one is right?

- Once Mistress of Blight is dead, Ghillie will go to the room with the entity
- Upon approaching Ghillie and the entity in the room…
- The entity will start glowing and you will get an emote about your voice and something reverse
- Spent 2 hours yelling at a crystal and /exited so good luck
