Find Golgoth the Blood Raven within Tactics. Speak with him and obtain the quest: Battle of the Blood Raven He asks you to kill the following:

  • 1000 followers of Rallos Zek
  • 300 followers of Tallon or Vallon Zek
  • 1 Zek Overlord
  • 1 Zek Death Princess
  • 1 War Boar Mother

... and the list continues on to

  • Rallos Zek
