The essences are held by the four avatars in each of the lower level castles ...

Note: Each Avatar will drop 3 pieces

• Mystical Essence of Mist from the Avatar of Mist
• Mystical Essence of Smoke from the Avatar of Smoke
• Mystical Essence of Wind from the Avatar of Wind

The Reward Congrats, you now have access to Xegony's Island simply speak to Kallosia again.
