Triggers device in next room.
Step into first red chamber, hear a buzz and start the event.
Must step into green chambers and hear a clear ringing bell to move on to the next stage.
If you hear buzz you start over.
After each clear ringing bell you have to kill a mob.
Upon success of the event an Elite Creation spawns at zone in.

Elite creation at zone in will drop an observatory spyglass.
Do not loot with tank
Room with second mini at -107.41, 843.29
As you enter the observation aperture, you realize that you might need to hold something to help you see more clearly.
As you enter the observation aperture and look through the spyglass, you begin you make out the hazy outline of something but can't quite make it out.
