Access to Phara Dar

Both requirements below are needed to access Phara Dar's room.

All dragons within Veeshan's Peak must be killed this includes Silverwing, Hoshkar, Nexona, Druushk, and Xygoz.

Passkey of the Elders required also which seems to only drop from Nexona at this time.
