Engage Dolgrem get AE full debuff.
While fighting 6 crystal's will spawn around Dolgrem area, they grow the longer there up once up till crystal poofs and does around 10k AE so kill what you can while there growing.
If you kill dolgrem while crystal's are up they will all poof and fire there AE.
Once Dolgrem is dead a Fire and Ice mob spawn in there own room up left and right stairs.
Take a min to buff up and lev. groups.

You can move groups up steps hugging sides to avoid agro and move into postion, when ready pull (agroing 1 will agro both so have both tanks ready to pull at same time)
Once engaged and ready you can start to kill mobs at 95% mobs do a check to ensure both mobs are within 1% of each other and continue to check throughout fight.
You must keep mobs within 1% of each other at certain increments (possibly 5% increments). If the increment is reached and they are farther apart in health, they'll both heal to the last increment reached. Once you reach an increment, they won't heal higher than that amount.
Note: If your raid has enough hp (and aoe heals), you can tank both next to each other, to make for a very easy fight, switching between each target.
