Plane of Growth

Use the Normal Zones Teleporter to get to Wakening Lands. From there head to the Plane of Growth shrine within this zone, climb to the top, and click to enter.
Tunare is not KoS for any race on this server, however she is surrounded by lower level treants that will kill certain races on sight.
