Clear all of the adds around Xegony before engaging.
Xegony is an add killing fight. At every 10% health, she will spawn a set of 2 regular adds and a named add. Kill the adds and then go back on Xegony.
At 5-6k ac, Xegony hits very soft. She also does a disease AOE, so the bard aoe hymn song is recommended.
